We are thrilled to announce that IRCAD Taiwan will be hosting the first Laparoscopic and Robotic Hybrid Upper GI Workshop in collaboration with UGIRA 2023 as a post-congress workshop, providing you with a professional and cutting-edge learning experience.
The Laparoscopic and Robotic Hybrid Upper GI Workshop offer participants a deeper, more specific, and more comprehensive approach to surgical technique learning. This course provides comprehensive knowledge and skills in laparoscopic gastric and esophageal surgery. Participants will practice pig models to perform different surgeries using thoracoscopic, endoscopic, and laparoscopic equipment.

Moreover, we are excited to announce our new Bariatric Endoscopy Workshop on June 14th - 15th. This workshop aims to the theoretical principles, indications, techniques, and results of primary bariatric endoscopic procedures, with a special focus on gastric remodeling. Most importantly, participants get to learn about the combination therapy and stepwise approaches to obesity management "Apollo Overstitch". Our workshop includes interactive sessions, operative demonstrations, and ex-vivo models/live tissue labs. It's a fantastic opportunity for your team to gain valuable knowledge and practical skills.
